December 31 2018 I ordered a Fatip Metal Black Classic Gentile razor is perfectly balanced and easy to use. Included in the package 100 razor blades. at shavingworld.com
https://www.shavingworld.com/product/42123-fatip-black-chrome-grande-gentile-safety-razor/

When the parcel arrived there were no blades included. After several times complaining about it at their 3 different email adresses orders, customers and support@shavingworld.com I got finally an answer from info@rasoigoodfellas.com that it was correct that there were no blades included.

Sent several times a screenshot and a .pdf file of the website but they keep saying "no blades included"

I don't know what other people have for experiences with this webshop, but my advise is not to buy anything at that shop, they sure lost me as a customer. In the more then 20 years I've been buying online, I've never met a company like this.

@moderators, if this is not in the right section, please move it to the right sectionScreenshot at 2019-02-07 18-04-40Fatip20190207T1803.png

Whilst I understand your frustration and agree that it does say that on the website, how do you expect that they're going to sell a razor that retails around €20, for around €20, AND include 100 blades?

If something looks too good to be true it probably is.

That's what you would think but if they've got that on their website why would you disbelieve it?

People do screw up occasionally like putting an extra zero on a ten

There's a principle in English contact law called 'mistake', which nullifies the requirement for performance in such circumstances; airlines incorrectly pricing tickets and then backing out is a fairly common example

But they do state there's an amount of blades included, even today it's still 100,despite the OPs dispute, even taking in to account the E&OE regulations, I think they're on a sticky wicket.

I wonder if a few people on here were to ask the question of the vendor, with a link to this thread, if this might be sorted rather quickly. I've just done it...

After more then a month and several emails the website still says "100 blades included" you can't call that a mistake, it's deception. Their first answer came after I sent 4 or 5 emails.

But you've still paid a fair price for the razor, it's not like it was €10 above the going rate to cover the cost of the blades and you're out of pocket. You've paid €20 for a €20 razor that you obviously wanted anyway. Unless you bought it on the strength of getting 100 unknown and possibly crap blades you've not really lost out.

I can understand mild disappointment but (that's) about it.

If it was a mistake on this vendor's part to advertise the deal as including 100 blades then the solution was to return the buyer's cash and say sorry, not send just part of what was promised and ignore the issue.

Sure, the razor's price is good and it's a very fine razor. But they say the site is a mistake but after more then a month they are still advertising with 100 blades included. That's not a mistake, it's deception

You are 100% right to be disappointed in the service you have received from this seller.

You paid for a razor AND 100 blades. This was how it was advertised. This is the contract you entered into when you parted with your money.

The seller has failed to fulfil the contract.

Something I wouldn't have recommended is you choosing to keep and use the razor. I think this has weakened your position slightly, as the razor can't be returned in it's original and unused condition [emoji2955].

The seller has responded to someone else with the email provided above, however IMHO that isn't good enough. I would be demanding the blades, regardless of what type they may be, though I'd now expect the cheapest and nastiest ones on the planet! If not the blades then at the very least I would expect some form of compensation to the value of the blades.

It may seem trivial to some, but this scenario is just wrong, plain and simple.

Good luck and don't give up your rights!

@GordyC @rasoigoodfellas the razor is good, sending it back would have probably cost more then buying some blades
What bothers me the most of this company is getting only a responce after 4 or 5 emails. Then telling there is a mistake on the site but just keep it it that way, see the attachementFatipShavingworldScreenshot at 2019-02-08 12-01-04.png
