Sure, the razor's price is good and it's a very fine razor. But they say the site is a mistake but after more then a month they are still advertising with 100 blades included. That's not a mistake, it's deceptionBut you’ve still paid a fair price for the razor, it’s not like it was €10 above the going rate to cover the cost of the blades and you’re out of pocket. You’ve paid €20 for a €20 razor that you obviously wanted anyway. Unless you bought it on the strength of getting 100 unknown and possibly crap blades you’ve not really lost out.
I can understand mild disappointment but that’s about it.
And you are right my dear, a company must be straight and reply to each email in max 24 hours. i am in agree with you. about your order, what you bought is clearly sold without 100 blades, image is without blades but there was a mistake in the description. looking the price of the razor, i think was clear, but i repeat, we wrong anyway and for this reason, on monday, if you are in agree, i will send you the blades ^_^@GordyC @rasoigoodfellas the razor is good, sending it back would have probably cost more then buying some blades
What bothers me the most of this company is getting only a responce after 4 or 5 emails. Then telling there is a mistake on the site but just keep it it that way, see the attachementView attachment 41215
