SE Blade efficiency league?

Hi everyone, i am expecting a new Single edge razor soon "the Vector", however, being a newbie i was wondering if you experts could advise me on the different blades i could use and their efficiency.
At present i am using a Feather pro in a hawk V2 and i am finding it really comfortable to use.
which blades would you recommend rated from mild to efficient. i think i will need to keep it mild to medium for comfort.

At the moment, my stock of AC blades is:-
  • Feather Professional Super
  • Feather Professional
  • Schick Proline P-30
  • Kai Captain Sharpblade
  • Kai Captain
  • Kamisori
  • Captain Titan Mild (Pink)
  • Feather ProGuard
In my estimation, that's about the descending order of efficient to mild. I prefer the top three, and the milder ones don't get used very much. The Kamisori AC (not to be confused with their other hair-styling blades) blades were a cheap option at about £12 for 24, and were available from yoiscissors in the UK, but seem to have "gone off the air". They are as rough as a bear's a**e for the first couple of shaves, but settle down to something OK but not very special.

Connaught in Suffolk stock both the Schick P-30 and the injector B-20 blades, and the prices are pretty reasonable.

There don't appear to be any UK sample pack sellers for AC blades, and the main source seems to be tryablade.com in the US. Their 9-blade sample pack, with $5 post to UK, comes out at $18.59 total. That is, at current prices, less than the £15 UK limit, but there's always a chance HMRC could mistakenly charge VAT. That in itself wouldn't be a disaster, but the £8 RM certainly wouldn't cheer anyone's day up.

I can't write anything in relation to the Vector but personally I have stuck with the Kai Captain as I rather like it's mild aspect. I have tried the sharper end of the Feather and Schick offerings but just found them a tad too much. The Captain keeps everything in perspective and does a damn fine job while at it.

As for samples The Shavelounge sent me quite a few when I bought a Hawk from them. Just ask them

Not as big a minefield as DR blades
 
I have Proline P-30's and Feather professional, I was thinking getting some of the Kai Pinks to try, although I am doing OK with the Feather PB?

Good idea, I sent Anthony an email humbly requesting some samples and he has agreed to send me some with the razor when he sends it. Thanks for the heads up.
