My good lady bought me a bottle of the new Shay & Blue Kingswood fragrance, which will be generally available from September, QVC in the UK had it available for the weekend.

Top notes: pineapple
Heart notes: fern leaves, Sichuan pepper
Base notes: leather, English oak

and it's described as being inspired by Creed Aventus combined with Terre D'Hermes. I had small squirt on the back of the hand last night and it's a keeper for me and the scent was fairly long lasting and still detectable on the hand on this morning.

My Versace had stopped projecting so stopped in Space.NK Apothecary on my way through town with the intention of dousing myself in some Diptyque when I spied a familiar bottle in the very far corner of the shop, yes it was an Acqua di Parma stand

I sprayed myself in about £5 worth of Colonia had a sniff of Fico di Amalfi and can confirm it probably is the inspiration for Extro Positano but the AdP is much nicer, the Extro version was far more astringent and synthetic reminding me of citronella candles and urinal cakes.
