Very much depends on what fragrance for me. I don't have the luxury of a PA ( ;) ) but my colleagues will let me know if they like what I'm wearing. I'm yet to receive any negative comments about scent strength and that is even with some powerhouses liberally sprayed. The amount sprayed also depends on whether I'm in my usual office/lab or in HQ as the latter I'm around people more. Type of scent varies from HQ to lab/office too, or if I'm around family/friends on weekend. I'm more inclined to trial the more challenging fragrances I own on weekends, especially if I know I'm not going to be around others.

I started off with 2-4 but I've noticed, as time has progressed, I'm opting for more sprays, say 4-6. Furthermore, with the AdP Colonia line (e.g.) I sometimes go even more as I know it'll fade quickly enough. On weekends I'll go for more sprays as I know it's easier for me to wash than during work so over-spraying is easily rectified. Plus my weekend is for me, smell 'n' all!

That all makes perfect sense Ben. My other consideration is that I travel to and from work on public transport. There's nothing worse than sitting next to someone who has overdone it with the smellies.

I've got to say that the one I've run out of, Creed Royal Oud and the Christian Dior Leather Oud that I've nearly run out of were 30ml Decants from Steve so it's not as excessive as it appeared. :) P.
