A nice lather was churned up with the Tabac ,this soap deserves to see more of my shaving brush.A comfortable two pass shave + some buffing around my neck with the General that left me smooth as you like.

Have a good day fellas

Wednesday 27th June

Pears Glycerine Soap
Proraso 'White' Preshave Cream
Erasmic Bowl Soap
Omega 10065Boar Brush
Yaqi DOC on a Windrose Brass Handle with a 7 O'Clock Yellow
Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Aloe Vera Gel
Gold AS

After a reminder about Erasmic soap.......I decided to dust it off this morning. I was not disappointed.
Perhaps it was the use of the glycerine soap as a preshave....but it was incredibly slick. The Yaqi DOC never fails to deliver.
3 passes for a lovely smooth and very close shave:)

Wed 27th June
Omega 11137
La Toja Stick
ES Claymore V1
Schick Proline [ 3 ]
La Toja A/S Lotion

Missed out on a Shave report yesterday, but the Shave was good as we went to London, for "Tea At The Ritz" - gifted by a son to my wife as a supplementary Birthday Present. We survived the heat of London, and honestly in the opulent surroundings we were rather outfaced by sandwiches, cakes and scones. To top it all my wife had a mini Birthday Cake presented as the Pianist played "Happy Birthday"
Today with less than the usual amount of regrowth, had a fantastically good Shave with the Claymore. Must put it down to having a relatively fresh blade or my first use of the La Toja stick, very impressed with it.

Your right about the Pears Glycerine Soap, it's my go to preshave..The Erasmic soap bowl works for me wonderfully, the stick doesn't at all, i still have the lasting remains of the old recipe soap bowl, which is absolutely brilliant. The new recipe it's lacking slightly, but still acceptable at a very reasonable cost. Regards. B
