Gillette Guard would also be my recommendation. It's what I use if I don't have time for a 'proper' DE shave. Wish there was a better handle available though that would fit the Guard cartridges.
can you not just send yourself a card in the mail with some blades in it?I will be going away shortly on 3 x weekly trips flying to my destination. Obviously, packing some DE blades will get me arrested with probably a rubber glove search to add insult, so, anyone a suggestion of a disposable that will get me through my 3 consecutive weekly trips away from home?
Gillette Sensor Excel. Probably the best Cartridge shaver out there. On a daily shave you should get a months shave per cartridge easily.Gillette Sensor is still available.
At 9 grams its more than twice the weight of a BIC Metal at 4.2 grams.Just to let you know, my Ebay order arrived safely today, only 2 x days. My god, that razor is awfully light! LOL
Yep. That and prep.Well, as an experiment, I tried the Gillette Guard this morning - I'm shocked! I did my usual prep of hot towel, then ProRaso Red and proceeded. I completed a 3 x pass shave, and I ended up, after a bit of tidy up too, with a BBS finish. I never expected this, and it lead me to wonder, before DE, all the years I was dissatisfied with the 'plastic' multi blades, it was all down to technique, wasn't it?
