I've yet to try the Super thins but bought a 100 on the basis that they have had good reviews and if I really don't like them I can PIF them on this site.

Super Thins just don't do it for me. Understand the sharpness, but just don't like them. They 'twang' too much - must be my technique. Derbys, which others hate, do the job. iridiums are also nice. Swedes are the best but I'm into my stash. (Er, isn't that what they're for?).

You are - User Control Panel -> Board Settings -> uncheck DST

The server runs unix and is hosted in America so it doesn't know who is on what time zone.
It isn't too much trouble to change is it?

Rather than look at it in terms of cleverness I see it as a compromise.If I disable the summertime settings on the board then the time will be wrong for certain members at various times.So I took it as read that people using the board wouldn't mind spending a few seconds changing their individual preferences a couple of times a year.I apologise if it has caused inconvenience.
