The files for the TNNSER 3D razor are now available for non-commercial use:

You will also need:
  • one stainless steel countersunk bolt M5x0.8 20mm
  • one stainless steel HALF hex nut M5x0.8
  • a GEM style single edge razor blade
  • A small needle file for post-processing
  • ... and of course a 3D printer with fairly high resolution

I suppose we could get these printed from a 3-d printing service. No idea on costs. They can also print in metals, but I imagine that would cost a fortune.

Do you have any recommendations on printer resolution and best materials to use?

One for the experts. Roughly how much does a 3D printer with fairly high resolution cost?
The clear one in resin cost me about £30 plus £10 postage.
Ordering several will reduce the cost slightly (mostly combined postage).

I'm planning to organise a group buy of a clear TNNSER in the near future.
Printing in metals costs hundreds. CNC is much cheaper in that case.

Two Shaves in with the TNNSER, on loan from Arthur @Electrif ,feels quite harsh at first clearing my stubborn growth then smooths up.Absolutety great at clearing upper lip and chin.Finished Shave quality up there with my favourite Vintage SE and knocks spots off Sabre L1 and ATT SE-G.
Well done Tom and Andreas for this remarkable creation based on the Original.

Just completed my 4th consecutive Shave with the TNNSER. I have now got used to the lightness of this Razor, and am getting better and better Shaves each time. Despite me having a tough beard, the last Two Shaves have been of the Face Stroking variety and are now trouble free, after my rather heavy handed maiden outing.
