I can add a few possible suppliers of interesting scale material:

http://www.moonrakerknives.co.uk/index.html
https://www.brisa.fi/portal/index.php
http://www.highlandhorn.co.uk/
http://www.thegoodstuffshop.dk/default.asp?lang=uk

I have ordered knife making stuff from Moonraker, and I'll vouch for Tony Davis: he's a good sort. The last link is well worth a look for really exotic stuff like fossilised mammoth ivory, desert ironwood, giraffe bone and oosik. If you don't know what oosik is ... I don't want to be the one to tell you ;)

Yeah, I was born with an abnormally large one.

Dawkins speculates that we don't have one because of natural selection as good "hydraulics" is a fitness indicator so you shouldn't really have one Rev unless you slipped through the net but you can get one from highlandhorn if you need one. ;)
