Permasharpe Differences

Yes, the blades on the top will have one side of the blank and the other will be laser etched (the newer ones) and the ones below will have text printed on both sides.
Another difference could be for the ones below some are single wrapped with 2 glue spots, but some others are double wrapped and have 4 glue spots (on the edges, not great) but the ones above are single wrapped and will have 2 glue spots in the middle.
FWIW, I'd go for the newer ones if possible as there is no chance of them having glue spots on the edges (which I hate).
A bit off topic but AliExpress now has some Turkish sellers on there. I've ordered some BIC CPs from one called Atlas so we'll see how delivery goes. The reason for me telling you this though is that they sell Perma-Sharps at a good price on there along with some other blade bargains. Others are outrageous prices but worth having a look if you're on the hunt for any more blades.

I wasn't aware Turkish sellers have started using AE, I had a quick look and I came across a rare type of Treet Durasharps which have the best artwork, no idea how they perform but I am tempted!
Good choice on the Bics, I really like them. Smooth and sharp.

Those are gorgeous! Shame I don't like Durasharps... Interesting though that the listing claims to be for Treet Platinums (which I do like).

Treet being Treet, and there are 3 types of Durasharps. Those ones are the only stainless steel one, the other two are carbon steel - the blue and yellow, which are different blades. I like the Yellow one but not the blue, not tried the SS one above though.
