Last in the list so not sure what I can add, but here goes on my first shave (yesterday, with 3 days' growth - I also got Tuesday off):
First impressions - the Hone is beautifully engineered, I like that the top cap covers the blade; the handle is shorter than my preference (I've a few 100mm and 110mm ones), I'm not taken by the patina which has developed under the top cap. It goes without saying that the razor is heavy.
I'm not sure I'll be thanked for saying this but the razor looks like a Wilkinson Classic / Merkur Futur hybrid - I might do a side-by-side photo. The blade gap looks large but, as most have said, the razor is mild.
I decided to run with a new Treet Durasharp blade (carbon) which I'm quite fond of in a Merkur head, including my 37c slant. D R Harris Windsor soap - not the slickest but I like the scent. WTG and XTG face; WTG and ATG neck - see below.
After a slightly tuggy start, I got a nice clean shave on my cheeks, letting the weight of the razor do most of the work. The beard growth on my neck, however, runs in all directions and the mildness of the razor meant I overworked things, resulting in some minor irritation.
Overall a decent shave and I never felt that the razor might bite me. A nice feel to the re-growth today. I'm hoping to tuck in a couple more shaves - maybe a vintage Wilko next :D

Had my second shave with the Hone on Monday - another 3 days' growth, after a necessarily rushed cart shave on Friday. A 70s Wilkinson blade - so the classic combination of sharp blade + mild head.
MLSW Pantie Dropper soap - no longer available (I think).
Another decent shave - the Hone is certainly a smooth shaver. I don't mind the weight; I could live with the length of the handle. I'd like more feedback; I'm still not taken with the patina.
Final thoughts at the weekend ..

If it was your Hone you could get rid of the patina with a bit of Brasso I assume. Once the razor is back with Andrew @Hone we'll get some before/after pictures...

No hurry. We're ahead of schedule. Get it wet. Build up that patina. :D
Cool. If I could hang onto it over the weekend and post it special delivery on Monday or Tuesday that would be good - would give me another chance of a shave after having to go electric for 2 days  I did say it was a grim week at work - up with the sparrow's fart too many times.
@p.b if you PM me your details it will be in your hands next week, with tracking numbers to you and Andreas.

Yeah... no rush... We're still ahead of schedule... Not that there ever was a schedule... :p

image.jpg My stint with the Hone is over and it will be on its way to p.b tomorrow.
I tucked another shave in using MWF with the same vintage Wilkie. Probably the best shave yet. I've enjoyed using the razor - no cuts or weepers and only minor irritation if I overwork my neck. Would I buy one - as things stand I just don't know. It's mild; I've a load of razors; I haven't bought a DE for a while; if truth be told, I have my eye on a Bunny (assuming it comes to production).
If I won it in the raffle  I'd be happy.
I said in my first post I'd post the Wilkinson Classic, Hone and Futur side by side - here they are; all have a top cap which covers the blade and bear certain other similarities to my eye :D

@riverrun any chance I could try this before it goes back to Andrew at hone?

Considering buying one and would love to try it first....
