Old Man Trousers

Gonna put you in a padded room and make you wear overalls! :p

Do you keep them in the plastic like wot some folk do with their couch???
They had literally come through the door due to a recent sale. They will probably remain wrapped until I wash them. I never wear unwashed clothes. I bought them as I like the current model and you never know when the retailer will replace and ruin them. 100% cotton is often now replaced 95% cotton and elastic. I do not require stretchy chinos.

Sorry man, just my humour.

They all seem a bit to tightly cut for my style; inverted pleats c/w with a short 15" taper to the ankles for me! Usually teamed up with desert boots (socks optional, dependant on climate).

Well, have now read said copy; overall quite good for £4.00 for a hard back; made me laugh in places. I would have personally liked to have seen a Sock Sizing Table associated with actual foots sizes and a little history of the more refined brands such as Pantherella, would not have gone amiss. Afraid to say that I still break Rule No 1 (Socks Must be Worn), in so far as I do not wear socks with my desert boots in hot climes (India), nor with driving shoes (Fins [no longer in existence] or Tod's), nor with my Cheaney soft leather slippers / mules (for indoor use); nor my Chatham Deck Shoes and mules; no, not even the no-show or the invisible.
But, as they always say, in order to break the rules, one must initially know them!
