I sampled this in my local supermarket, it should be available throughout Europe.
Nivea Just Blue as an aquatic fougere has a citrusy opening mixed with sea air breeze and slightly powdery touch. It has longevity and silage of a medium strength aftershave splash. It's light, good for summer, very safe and rounded off type of scent. Nothing really stands out, it was just pleasant clean scent siting in the background. They aimed for mass appeal, so nothing feels special about it.
I think it's a good match with Nivea men's cream. It's the sort of EdT you carry with you and spritz on throughout the day like a deodorant, or to refresh the bed linen on hot summer evenings.
Top notes: grapefruit, cardamom, pink pepper, salt
Heart: lavender, geranium, coriander, cedar wood
Base: patchouli, tonka, amber, vanilla, nutmeg
