Just wanted to sing the praises of this product for general shaving. It lathers well with a brush, is not too drying and has a nice gentle scent. With the ending of the Palmolive stick this must be a candidate for pound-for-pound the best traditional shaving product available on the UK high street.

I did see this body stick and wonder if it would work for general face shaving!

Is it same size as other shave sticks?

It's the same size as an Arko or Palmolive - but the plastic tube makes it seem bigger

correction to this: the Nivea is 75g same as Arko - but Palmolive is 50g

im actually impressed, grabbed two for a quid each and these nivea shaving sticks actually have a nice slickness and generally smell nice too

never seen any in poundland but i might grab some more if i see any again hopefully
