MERKUR VISION

I like the design too but have you seen the size of it?? It may shave well but the shear scale of it put me off it, it really is twice the size of a vintage slim or fatboy which I would recommend anyway.
 
I'll be putting one of these up for sale VERY soon. Used once, maybe twice not by me but a person at another office (at work) He didn't have a clue. lol

I would like to keep it and try it out but I need the cash.

Yeah, It's bigger than a gillette superspeed etc but then so is a merkur 38c and other razors.
It is big, but it's not so heavy that you cannot maneuvre it. Tons of positive reviews at badger and blade.

If you want something

solid
very good looking
Adjustible
with incredibly smoothe and silent operation

then you can't go too wrong. Plus you can dismantle the whole thing and keep it looking good.

If you have a softer beard, then I wouldn't recommend it unless you really want to try it . You can always re-sell and get your money back.

If you're happy with your current set up, then I don't think you need a vision.
