The problem with a comparison is that the Progess does not zero consistently at the same point; some at the "+" but it can be variable. So about "3" would be good starting point for 0.7 mm.
You could measure it with a spark plug feeler gauge just to get an idea of the calibration comparison but that detail may not be necessary.
I use mine about "3" for most blades.
