Matters of consequence

Here's another matter of consequence that occupied me on my first visit to Dallas where I have my Texas home (well, for a few days each year}
A visit to Fort Worth is a must. And any respectful Honorary Texan must have his hat. So it's off to have one custom made. Well, it feels like that. You pick one out and Roy Rogers moulds it to your chosen style. So first the steam.

Keep him off the cBeebies website - my lad used to go there when he was 3, now he's "all grown up" (7) and seems to frequent the Top Gear site more... (based on his browsing history which is automatically sent to me on an hourly basis and covert observation via remote desktop software)

He's also a whizz on the iPlayer in seeking out "stuff I [he] missed"...

About a week ago he was moaning about his PC running slow, so rather than just tell him "needs more memory" we explored what was wrong together and after a few hours I had him re-installing Windows :lol: (reminds me - I have a freebie...)
