Moving to the USA might help in your retail shaving crap quest.....a bit drastic I know. There's a chain of huge antique stores (Brass Armadillo) in Midwest states like Iowa, Nebraska, and Colorado and in the years past I have visited all three with mixed results. The one near Denver has produced some interesting razors on rare occasions, including that recent New Deluxe set. Luckily, shaving crap is often still a bargain in Yankeeland retail stores or garage sales.

Unlike the UK where vintage shaving equipment is somewhat like unicorn droppings and cost as much too.
For instance I saw a Gillette fat boy on ebay go for £102 yesterday..... Absolutely ridiculous...

I had noticed that it's getting harder to get a hold of Valobra, but didn't know they'd sold out. Wonder if they'll keep making it using the same tallow formula...

The brand was bought by Proraso and they stopped production at the Genoa factory (I think) to reorganise the operations and it was supposed to be back at some point but I've not seen anywhere restocking it, and whether it will be reformulated or not is another issue.

That's shocking I went ahead and bought the last 3 pucks I could find.
