First kamasori shave yesterday, no cuts but a lot of trepidation, trying to adhere to the tradition was difficult, awkward and frustrating, but I got there.took a good bit longer than usual but I think I will get there, very easy glides with very little pressure helps, I done a wtg n xtg...left the tag till later, I like the short, weighted head too, look forward to using it again.
 
A wee bit different billy, the angles and just holding it are different, glad to say no cuts at all and it is a lazer sharp razor. I've watched honing vids and it looks a lot easier than a straight to hone. I tried to do the traditional one handed shave and was doing great until I got to a few bits that were really awkward and I felt I was defo applying too much pressure and had to stop and use my other hand.... which causes different problems because of the asymmetrical grind, I intend to keep at it until I am reasonably competent and confident.
