Wanted a light and fresh summery scent and something away from the usual. This one ticked all the right boxes.

Couldn't resist the MdC any longer. Used it a few times and thus far it's living up to the hype. You barely have to load your brush for a ton of lather and the performance is great. I think the Rose scent is definitely a love it or hate it one, to me it smells exactly like a piece of Turkish Delight which I love.

Pretty impressed with the Thai Super Thin blades as well after a couple of shaves. They don't seem too different to the Gillette Platinum blades to me.

What are thoughts as to the Guerlain? It is one I have thought about. Heavy? Light? Summery?

G'day Mate. I'd say better suited to cooler weather. I wouldn't say heavy - the citrus provides balance. I think it will prove quite versatile.
It's winter here at the moment, so I'm enjoying some of the heavier powerhouses, such as Knize Ten and Chanel Antaeus.
