Is this a good deal

Good morning gents of TSR.

I am buying a used razor from Wallapop with a paddle strop included for 80 euros (£70)
Brand new the razor retails for around £110.
As you can see, there appears to be some discoloration which they claim is not rust.

Worth it? Thoughts?

Not sure but second picture it looks like blade is either warped/twisted or ground to buggery. It does not look straight either way.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable will chime in.

Does not seem a good deal. £70 is a lot for a well used Dovo and that looks hammered.
It is an Astrale.
This is mine. Unused and boxed.
