Indian Gillette 7 O’Clocks

I was recently gifted some of the above by Chris @Boycie83 when I bought one of his brushes and a soap.

Wow, what a great blade! I've had 5 x 3 pass shaves with one blade now, in my iKon B1 OSS and they've all been great, no appreciable drop off in performance yet, just smooth and efficient.

They might even be my new favourite blade. They're at least as good, imho, as my current favourite Polsilver Łódź. So cheers @Boycie83 for giving me a bit more of the rabbit hole to explore...

You watch, now I've said all that my next shave will end in tears and tissue paper...

The 7 Black is one of the best blades out there, I prefer to most Russian PPI blades I've used.

There are two Indian made 7 O'clocks the Black (Super Platinum) and the Green (PermaSharp Stainless).

The Blacks are my favorite, so far, along side Polsiver Super Iridiums.

Somehow accidentally managed to buy 100 of these from an ebayer in India...

They're awesome blades. I can't see you not liking them.

They'll go exceptionally well with this excellently priced stainless steel razor head:

Dscosmetic Z0 Head (316L Stainless R41 Clone) - £15

This 316L stainless steel razor arrived yesterday and it's a little too assertive for me. Great fit and the finish is really good (especially given the price) although there's some machining marks under the top cap - it's not a Wolfman to be fair. Ideal for those who like blade forward razors...
