Razor or shaver?
I call them razors, but my wife, the Boss, keeps reminding me 'you left your shaver out in the bathroom again!'

So which is it, gents?

IMHO a razor is what men use for wet shaving whilst a shaver (*spit*) is one of those electric face sanders.

What say you, chaps?

Yip it's a Razor in my house, if my wife started calling my razors shavers I would start calling her makeup something we would get into a fight about...she would win I am sure but she has never called them anything else so not had to cross that bridge.

Much as I would like to point out to my wife the error of her ways she is right, even when she is wrong. I am quite happy to let her think what she will, and anyway I prefer eating my dinner to wearing it

MUSHY SENTIMENT WARNING.
This is what is called "love"

I can cook too, she likes that.

It's our wedding anniversary this Saturday so I won't be cooking. We're off out for a meal and a few drinks, then you never know what might happen ;)

Yeah I can see it, you both get ready, get a taxi or train into town maybe 4 or 5 so she can wander around and you can go for a drink before dinner. You pass a C&E or other purveyor of shaving products and “nip in for a quick look” she really wanted to go to Frasers to look at shoes. You eventually get dragged out the shaving shop over to Frasers and think about if you should have bought the balm or not.

Eventually you get to eat and comment on the waiters terrible shave and how he must use an electric, “I mean look at the burn on his neck”

Only kidding around, am sure you will have a nice night, but have you got a “special shave” planned? If so then you are as sad as me, some nights when I know we are going out I think “What will I shave with?” and “What will I wear?” is secondary and decided 10 mins before leaving.

I agree with audios prediction! Also regards 'what might happen', you are married....You'l get home, she'll say what a lovely evening, gosh I 'm tired and full up lets go to bed zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

All in jest

I am blessed with a woman who does not particularly care for lots of window shopping, if she want to go to Fraser it is with a specific reason, she may have a quick look but hates sales racks because she cannot pick up the one she wants in the size she needs. Shops a lot on line and apart from M&S (Mecca to her) we are usually in and out in 5 mins. I spend more time in car showrooms and test driving cars (a side hobby). Last weeks was a Boxster S, nice car.
