Hi All,

Quick thread to introduce myself - I started wetshaving about two years ago and went down the hobby rabbit hole about a year ago. However, I recently ventured down the vintage razor road and picked up a couple of lovely, English made razors. I figured TSR would be a good forum to discuss vintage razors, especially those that were British made.

Here's the couple razors I've been excited about the past couple weeks. Initial shaves with both were great! Having primarily shaved with a Karve before trying these, I find the shaves quite different and smooth against the grain!

Look forward to discussing razors such as these and more! I'll look around for a SOTD thread to discuss my shaves as well.

Cheers!

Thanks for the welcome gents!

Welcome from a fellow Canadian. Be aware that vintage razors multiply when left in a dark place unattended. My razor drawer is full. I think eBay and antique shops may be a contributing factor...

haha - vintage razors do indeed tend to multiply. I can't wait until things open up so I can start 'browsing' local antique shops :) Also - I don't have a razor drawer yet - something to work on.
