I'm Mark and have, for some reason, only just found this group.
I have been shaving with a single blade for years - first with an old double edged razor* I inherited from my father, then moving onto a shavette about 15 years ago, and now more recently I am starting to use a straight razor more often (I won a nice razor in a raffle on facey)
Of course I am not satisfied with just that, and am now hunting down vintage blades "in the wild" with an eye to re-honing them to Shave Ready condition, and generally doing them up. This may take some time as I am learning as I go along.

*= I really wish I could find that old razor - it was fantastic as it was so adjustable!!!
