I have a program on my laptop that creates PDF documents. Everytime I use it over the last 10 years, it tries to persuade me to 'update', I always decline. I just know that they will have screwed that program up as the old version I use is just perfect for me. I hate 'updates' in software, they always go wrong... I guess my own exception would be my anti virus, and MalWare programs!

The software wasn't the problem this time, it was the host coupled with the massive data size we have grown to over the years.
