If you were to shave at that speed every day it wouldn't be long before you made a mistake/slip and cut open your hand/fingers/wrist/face/ear/nose etc with a slip of the blade resulting in the need for hospital treatment.

PS: just watched the guy shave with the knife, not that surprising as its just like a full wedge straight razor, saying that my kitchen knives can hardly cut carrots let alone shave with :lol:
