In the UK I find Agent Shave, Connaughts & The English shaving company (EJ) to be the best. ES is too expensive, Shave Lounge quit and Shaving Station used to be great but I found their stock selection to be quite basic this past year... The clear up and comer is Slickboys who are now importing US artisan soaps and splashes to the UK.
Worldwide I would recommend Yourshaving who have a large selection of products at great prices and Maggards are good too for picking up brush knots & US soaps.
