Favorite Tea Brands

A few years ago I switched to primarily drinking tea instead of coffee in the mornings and throughout the day. I would like to explore more teas and am curious what are your favorite brands. I am in the US however many of my local stores are now carrying more brands. I also have the local Indian markets and then there's Amazon.

Amongst others I have tried PG Tips, Builders Tea (Make Mine a Builders), Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire (Red Label), Lipton, Twinings English Breakfast Tea, Twinings Irish Breakfast Tea and Quik Tea (Loose Leaf Assam Breakfast Tea).

What other brands would you suggest for my cuppa? :)

First thing in the morning we have Taylor’s of Harrowgate Yorkshire Gold with milk, this has been our favourite morning tea for years. In the afternoon we’ll usually have Stash Double Bergamot Earl Grey, clear. In the late morning I have a large French Press coffee with cream and my wife has a large latte. After dinner I’ll have a double espresso. When we’re unwell both of us drink only Yorkshire Gold; my Nan would approve as she’s from the East Riding.

About 2 years ago I started drinking loose tea only. I'm certainly no connoisseur but I do think loose tastes superior to bags. I mainly drink black teas such as Coop 99 and Punjana for everyday but Kenilworth Orange Pekoe is my favourite and reserved for when I'm feeling extravagant. I also like Jasmine, Green, Chai and Chamomile teas. I also think that what kind of water you have makes a big difference to taste. I suppose it's a case of finding a nice match for your water type.

May I ask where you obtain your Punjana from? I love it .....but have to stock up when I visit family in N Ireland.
