DE Blades - Boots and Sainsburys

I note that Boots and Sainsburys are now both selling their 'own branded' DE blades - Sainsburys at £2.50ish for 10. Anyone tried them? Anyone know who makes them for these stores?

Sainsbury's one are Dorco (it says quite clearly - Made in Korea - on the back). The Boots ones are some variant on the Israeli Personnas.

So £25 for 100, unless you get a BOGOF offer I would go elsewhere, no idea on the Sainsburys one but I have looked at the Boots ones before and agree with HM, they look like a Personna variant of some kind.

The boots ones were the first blades, and the first razor i used.
Gave me good shaves, but they arent the best blades. Seemed abit hit and miss.
That Boots DE wasnt too bad either, looks wise its like one of the Gillettes.

There was a time, probably a good 20 years ago, when Boots blades were exceedingly good - I wonder who made them? The current ones are the same as you'll find in Asda and Morrisons if the packaging is anything to go by, ie. Personnas.
