I asked above whether extensions could be the problem ... you can try using a Guest session and disable all extensions.

Also, open Developer Tools (in, say, Chrome) ... More Tools > Developer Tools (or CTRL+Shift+I, certainly on my Chromebook), flick over to the Network tab and see exactly which element the page load stalls on.

Total load time for me is 2.58 seconds, although I get readable content after 1.1 seconds.

Neither of them seems to be listing those now.

The rest of their prices seem to be more or less in line with other sellers, give or take a little.

Thanks Paul I'll investigate. I'm no great expert with the black arts of computing the Connaught front page takes about 90 seconds to load and every page after that takes about the same time.
