One Pass - WTG

After yesterday's very close shave with a Heljestrand wedge in a very early 1900s Wilkinson Sword, I needed just the one pass to polish up today.

Another very successful shave with this curious Bigelow & Parkin razor. Technique-wise, I'm finding my thumb and middle finger at either end to be a better fit than thumb and index finger. Just a word to the wise for those taking note ...

Have you considered the Neo-Gam pass around, Paul? The angle on that is quite esoteric. And it's fun...

I did indeed! I think the true spirit of this razor is that very precise feedback you get as you shave - once you've had one go with it, your fingers take over and do such much more with it than a single handle. Very precise indeed!

Well, that was interesting.

Bugger me, for a nolvety type trinket it does narf shave well?! The OC feels sharp to the fingers but on the skin they're not an issue and soft and irritation free.

I like the odd and strange and I like this one!
