I received this in the mail the other day. It used to be my Grandfathers. It is in need of a scrub up....is boiling the way to go??

Any advice / pointers in the right direction will be appreciated.

Thanks for that guy's. What year(s) would these have been made?

I have had a couple of shaves with it with a Iridium blade, it shaves great. It looks aggressive ie there is quite a bit of blade exposure going on.

Later Techs had pretty much the same head, but a thinner handle (often called "ball end") which is much more common.
