Calling fragrance gurus

Funny how people's skin differs so dramatically! The Executive was an all-day affair for me.

De gustibus etc, but I preferred Executive to CDNIM. I thought it developed better but I guess you won't get any development if it doesn't last in the first place.

It is strange how skin and noses differ. To be fair the executive is more like Aventus than CDNIM but thats only the initial smell and then CDNIM becomes quite similar.

I found with the executive the first time I used it it seemed to have a short burn , but after that lasted all day, I have a larger bottle now and that seems to last, I wasn't sure if perhaps the first time I used it the scent wasn't mixed or something , I always turn it upside down and back the right way before using, but maybe this makes no difference.

There is about 1-2 goes left in the executive and just under half of the Oud Wood. The others only have a tiny amount in them. I'm not sure if copy cat are offering more for the next user but I'll PM the next one on the list to more this on.

Hello all,
Sorry for the lack of reply, life rather got in the way.
I really only had the Executive and the Old Wood to try.
My fragrance experience is limited so I considered the two scents in relation to two references that I have small samples of already; the Aventus Creed and ADP Oud.
In both cases, I found that the scents were both very close to what I expected them to be. Initial top-notes were less pronounced in the two fragrances under test, the middle was as one might expect but sadly both faded faster than I would have hoped. Although to be fair, it isn't as though we are comparing apples with apples as far as the pricing is concerned.
I usually find that all genuine ADP scents last a remarkably long time.
A really interesting test, I am interested to know what the minimum sales price needs to be for a scent that can compete properly with the originals?
What stops there being really disruptive change in this market?
