Brush drying competition

index.php

hmmm, all my pics on the forum now seem have broken links, lost in the move to a new host I guess

I hang the big Omega pro knots because I can see and feel very clearly that the tips become wet and heavy only in this position. Orientation doesn't matter only if I aggressively squeeze > shake > towel dry excess moisture, which increases hairs shedding or breaking (bleached knots).

Good to see this kind thread . Me? Never give this subject a thought. My badgers sit on an open shelf until I feel like a change. That period varies. From the hundreds that have passed through my home there are just five survivors still showing no signs of deterioration after many years of use. So don't worry!

Hanging brush: weight after shave 40,26g, water 8,6% = 3,50g

Standing brush: weight after shave 40,76g, water 8,2% = 3,37g

diff 0.13g

So brushes are quite dry when I have given them my usual treatment to get rid of excess water after shave
