Browser Problems

I've been happily using Chrome for nearly a year now, no real problems, stable and quick. Now it's crashing frequently like nobody's business, I'm beginning to loathe it when it says "oop's crashed again" Any suggestions or recommendations before I start having to think about this.

Yeah...I liked Firefox but it didn't like me, couldn't get it to download easily.

Try full anti-virus and malware scans. I had a few issues with Firefox acting the goat, and I found and cleared a Trojan which stopped the problem.
