I've started adding small pictures of the blades. Some are too blurry or at a bit of an angle but others fine; I may redo those I would want to when I get time. They should still prove helpful in the meantime.

I used a Voskhod Teflon coated blade this morning - a freebie packet from Pils - and was well impressed. That mine of information we know as ebay tells me that they are Rapira Viskhods. In NTS's table, Voskhod is not mentioned and Rapiras score 18/18/0.

Do we know anything about Voskhod blades? Silly question - of course we do! TSR knows everything!

What do we know about Voskhods, please?

I put them in at Bolzano level, 7 O'clock Green - as mild but a tad sharper. And cheap on ebay.

Voskhod Teflon is in there, near the bottom. They're labelled as such, not as a variant of Rapira, since I didn't know they were linked.
Voskhods are nice and sharp and smooth. If you have tried Sputnik they're like them but beyond that I know very little.

Bolzanos only work for me in some razors and sadly I cannot remember which ones! Not the Fatboy or Progress - very draggy in them. Can you help me out and let me know which you've tried them in? Probably in razors I have never used!

Oops! Yes - got them!

I've only tried Bolzanos in a Weber. I finally got round to testing my collection of blades so they are all going into the same razor to cut out the variables in a comparison. I believe a Weber will bring out the best in any blade - or shaver, come to that!

Your table has cost be a few bob today, buying everything 18 and above that's in production. At a Pound a blade, I'll give Sputniks a miss.

Only tried Bolzano's in a Futur set at 2.....Nasty draggy things, maybe a bad pack?...First blade I had to abandon half way through the first pass it was so bad...Second blade fairly reasonable...The rest of the pack one shave only, and draggy shaves at that....Won't be buying anymore any time soon.

Excellent spreadsheet. I've been through a lot of the posts in the blade section here and compiled my own shortlist for when I finish the packaged Derbys that came with my razor. The spreadsheet confirms most of my thoughts on the shortlist.
... and surprise surprise... they're all in the Connaught popular sample pack. Duly ordered and awaited
