Black Beauty - Sharper on one side?

I've had a black beauty for years.

I use Gillette Silver Blues mainly but I've noticed one side is sharper than the other when shaving.

I only have it on 3, thinking even 1 might be better.

Is the blade uneven in the Razor ?

Something is bent, or crud is interfering with the adjustment mechanism.

Hmm.
There was some grunge, although I thought it was rust but soaked it for an hour in vinegar and water and I managed to scrape it off with a cocktail stick.

This is it now, fairly clean I'd say?
Any other ways to clean it? I thought about one of those jewelery cleaner things but worried it'll be too harsh? Sw

Will test later on and report back as I've discovered I have a DE89 in the loft so gonna try that today.

Does it look as if there is more blade showing on one side ? or does it look perfectly even.
