Hello,

I want to share with you my experience with those SE disposable razors.
First, this is a fixed head razor with a single blade, a bit longer than a DE blade.
The razor have a SS bar as ou closed comb DE razor, no lubricant.
the razor weight is about 5 grams.
each razor comes with a head cap

For 50 eurocents, this razor gives me 3/4 comfortables shaves without knicks or cuts or any iritations, it's tiny head is really easy to use and reach all the areas of your face without any difficulties.

Really easy to clean between 2 passes, the lather don't stay in the head with cutted hairs, this is for me the perfect disposable razor if you have to travel or if you have sensitive skin.

Really worth a try, you could be surprised ;)

Thanks guys - some interesting disposables mentioned above.

I can't even remember the last time I used a disposable but, now that you mention it, I might see about trying them out for my trips away.

Yeah - I love the BIC metal too, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who prefers a milder razor e.g an EJ89. I've got both the Guard and Sensitive and they just don't cut close enough for me. I bought mine from eBay.

I just bought a five pack of those for 2 Euros on a day trip to a small Greek island (SWMBO frowned). As I didn't have time to shave in the morning, I had a shave with one of them just now. Good grief, they are lightweight! I heard good things about these razors, but I had very little confidence in then. I had a proper Greek shave with Faena Mastic soap and the result was full on BBS, I'm glad to report, while being as gentle as you could wish for. Unfortunately the shave was not too satisfying - I like a bit more heft than an (estimated) 5 g razor - it feels much lighter than the Gillette Guard - my lightest razor to date. It is very nimble though. No problems shaving difficult to reach areas just under the nose. You could shave the inside of your nose with this tiny head, if you were brave enough. I now wish I had bought a lot more of then at that price. This tiny marvel will definitely be in my travel wash bag in the future. Sun bathing day tomorrow. 33C. :)

Phew! Just got home from those sorts of silly temperatures after a couple of weeks in Malta :D
Yeah, the Bic Metal is a fun razor. Mrs has some in pink, but the metal guard is plastic. I still have a couple knocking around and really should give 'em another go. Very efficient, from memory. Real close.
