Yes, I saw on another forum where in Eastern Europe the Platinum blue & white box was now being sold in blue box tucks like those in your photo, but without the single card. I think it's merely new packaging. They probably have the new laser printing on the blades.

Yes they have. I can take more pictures when I get home.
