I am on a Pineapple kick right now...don't know why.?but there you have it, so I seen the Stirling Soaps had a iced pineapple one...that sounded just the job, so at $9.20 I decided to buy it, filled in all the online details etc and UK address, at the checkout the postage was $40... not 38 or 39.99..but full $40, well that was a killer right there, anyway, managed to find a UK retailer who sells it for £11.95 plus £2.20 postage (48hr), Ebay is the same when buying stuff from USA and I just cannot pay overpriced postage...it is a pity coz it closes the door on so many potential customers.

But then postage or shipping from the US tends to be quite expensive for most things. Many traders use UPS and FedEx and they are definitely more expensive then the US Post Office, and they tend to be more reliable than USPS so my son who lives there tells me.

Stirling soaps and balms ect are easy enough to get in the UK anyway so no need to fret about US postal rates, the door is wide open! :) P.
