Badger brush drying out

Hi all I love to buy high end badger brushes but unfortunately they don't seem to work great for me :( I normally soak the brush for 5-10 mins in hot/warm water but I find when I then go to load the soap the brush doesn't feel that moist and feels abit dry, I normally get most of the water out then load for around 40 seconds, by the time I face lather the brush has lost all its moisture and just doesn't feel soft and luxurious. Please help

Try not to get rid of so much water before you put you brush to the soap and when lathering if it feels too dry add more water, you will know when you have it right! :) P.
