L'Occitane is lovely but pricey.
I'm using "Bulldog original natural grooming" at the moment. It was pretty cheap at sainsburys. No parabens, artificial colours or fragrances. It contains rosehip oil and seems OK.
I was in a L'Occitane shop in Buchannan Street in Glasgow at the weekend and the balms are great. I tried a little of the L'Occitan After Shave Balm and could smell it hours later. It was a really nice subtle smell.

I would definitely try some, which either means I buy it or the wife buys me it if I haven’t by Christmas. I went in to see the travel brush and was disappointed. The sample they had even when assembled the head fell off when you picked it up. I am sure it was some ham fisted idiot that broke it but was a little off putting.

Think boab has one of these, boab if you read this do you have one of these and how do you find it?

it's an ok brush, quite scrubby. Lovely container and breaks down nice and neat. The brush slides back down into the tube to store but I use it without attaching it to the handle, it's a bit wobbly so I would guess no one broke it.I will do some pics at some point if anyone is interested.

Wobbly would have been OK, it was cheap so prepared for imperfections but the one I picked up was mince. Was tempted to open a new one and try it.

I would be interested in som epice if not too much trouble

Edwin Jagger do a similar brush. This is superbly made, very light, compact, extremely tough and works beautifilly. May not look as nice as one of the Vulfix or Simpson turnbacks but I think it is better suited to purpose.

Looks nice,

The only issue I have with the metal ones is I have a metal handled Dovo and when I leave it to soak in hot water the handle becomes quite hot making a bit uncomfortable to use if the water was really hot. Probably would not be an issue since you are only using hot tap water while travelling and that is restricted so no guests scald themselves but I do prefer non metal handles, minor niggle I know but it is more a personal preference then anything else.

That is a great price though, thanks for that.
