Arko Soap any good?

Arko is probably my most-used soap. It produces copious amounts of lather in anything even remotely resembling water. However, because it lathers easily, most folks stop adding water when the lather "looks good", causing the lather to feel drying. It's a great soap for road trips when water quality can vary. I like the smell. But I'm old and don't smell so good... :)
 
That's exactly what happened to me. The lather didn't fade & disappear but when I was about 2/3 of the way through it became too dry to shave with. I put that down to user error. Next time more water and maybe a little less soap.
