Anthrax vintage brush

Interestingly the brush is marked as "Foreign" which was used twice in the last century for products exported from Germany. I don't know the exact dates or duration (should be easy to find via Google if so inclined) but I recall that it was done for around 10 years or so after each war so as to make the product more palatable to Anglo/American markets.

So.. It could be a German brush.
