This razor began life as a Gillette Knack (photo 2), known as the Slim Twist in the UK, although there are differences in the size of the TTO knob. These are really the only TTO razors that lend themselves to modification.
Customization by Cooncat Bob. He added his Bull Mastiff Deluxe Extra Long handle and, behold, a custom TTO! (photo 1)
Bob has threads in the vendors sections at B&B and SMF.
Around 93 grams. About .25" shorter than my EJ Chatsworth. Provides a very nice shave.

I have th Slim Twist/Knack below. It's a nice razor, but the handle is pretty minging. The only real reason that I keeo it is because I've never seen another with an orange handle, and it's a nice shaver.

That isn't orange that is a rare and highly sought after butterscotch knack otherwise known as knackered butterscotch. :roll:

Ollie sent me a Knack as a freebie along with a couple of other razors, and I liked it as a shaver but hated the handle ... I wound up forwarding it to a Gillette-curious member (who by now very likely has an internationally significant collection :lol: ). That custom version does rather float my boat I must say, and I like the idea of a heavy handle on the mild head.
