Got my new Mamba on Saturday, decided to shave Sunday morning. Beautiful razor, very nice fit and finish. Lighter than a number of my razors (88 grams) with a very easily gripped handle. Loaded an experienced Feather, lathered up and started the "dance" with a new partner.
After a couple off strokes , I had to check to see if there was any blade showing. VERY smooth and light feeling in my hand. Two passes with some buffing and I was good to go. Very pleasant shave, no irritation and a good bargain besides.
Next my "Vertigo" handle from Charcoal showed up and I paired it up with a Karve "C" plate and cap. I got the Brasso out to get rid of the applied "patina" on the handle and I think they go together well. I will be shaving with the combo later this week.
