Possibly, but the day will come. The local midwife reckons she will be some 6ft plus when she is older. My son is 6FT 5" so sounds about correct.

Had the grandson, granddaughter, daughter and son-in-law over for burgers, boerewors on the braai. You'd think they'd never been fed. Good to see the little ones devour the meat, salad and raw vegetables without coaxing; they're 4 and 9.

I went to the passport office to renew my passport bright and early this morning. I expected a long wait based on past experience, but to my amazement I was in and out in 12 minutes. I'd blocked off a good part of the morning for this exercise, but now the rest of the morning is mine...all mine.
