Friday SOTD

Le Pe're Lucien Cologne - Fouge're
RazoRock 400 Plissoft Noir
Rockwell 6C R4
Gillette Silver Blue (1)
Brut Original Aftershave
Lacoste Original EdT

A pleasurable, fuss free shave this evening
A fresh Silver Blue in the 6C is about as smooth as it gets for me
Excellent lather with just enough scent
Finished with Brut and Lacoste - in keeping with the Fougree soap

First things first my Rockwell 6C top cap is karputt the screw thread won't hold any handles

Prep: Hot face wash Pears
Cream: GFCC Bergamot and Neroli
Brush: Yaqi 26mm Timberwolf
Razor: Maggard V3 MR15
Blade: Gillette Platinum new(2)
Post: Hot and cold rinse alum
ASB: Nivea Men Active 2 in 1
Use a cut piece of drinking straw, wrapped around the thread. The handle will bite. And it's usable again. Happy Shaves.

I've heard a few people mention this same problem.
When I first bought a 6C, the handle would screw on, but it went on 'wonky', as if the thread post wasn't straight.
I contacted Anthony at Shave Lounge and he sent me a replacement razor immediately.
I must have used the razor 100 - 200 times now and I've never had a problem with it.
Could be worth contacting the vendor for a replacement ?
